Private/One by one lesson with Sabina

In a relaxed atmosphere we will have the opportunity to talk about all your questions regarding your health, your body and your quality of life. I will alter my treatment especially to your needs. I will try to find the barriers and tensions in your body and to mobilise their energies.

Whether you want to relax, to treat your body or to nourish your soul – in a private lesson I will teach you gentle exercises, meditation and chakra work. All of these have a therapeutic effect on the body and mind and will be tailored especially for your personal benefit.

If you are looking for a new challenge and you gradually want to build up energy, I will work out an exercise programme with you which will enable you to reach a new dimension of well-being. You will receive individually adjusted instructions which can be easily performed at home.

Prices:

  • 1st private lesson with consultation and counselling (60 min.) costs € 50
  • Private lesson for two people costs € 60

The lessons are to be paid in cash afterwards. Thank you.

You can set the time and date of your private lesson whenever it suits you best. In case of cancellation please give 24h notice. Otherwise I will have to charge the full price.
